The Winge '90' toothbrushing program is experienced by
holding the handle of the toothbrush 90 degrees
off the horizontal, straight up or straight down,
cleansing the teeth while vertically oriented.
This paradigm of refreshment was introduced by
Herman Ostrow Dental School Graduate Ralph C. Winge in 2020.
