The Teeth's...Curve Of Wilson!

  

The curve of Wilson is an imaginary curved 

arc which goes from side to side. connecting 

the occlusal surfaces of the left and right first 

molars. Developed by 1878 University of 

Michigan Dental School graduate 

George H. Wilson in 1911, it is of 

special use in Orthodontic and 

Prosthodontic applications to get the biting 



forces naturally and functionally unified.

The Most Chaotic Procedure of Brushing Teeth!...The 'Chaos!'

   



The 'Chaos' Double-brush strategy of brushing utilizes 

two toothbrushes in the mouth at the same time, 

a toothbrush in the dominant hand and the other one 

in the non-dominant hand. 



This manner of cleaning 

was first initiated by Watts Dentist Ralph C. Winge, D.D.S. 

on New Year's Day in 2022.

Bacteria Of The Mouth...Actinomyces Yuck!







We have many bacteria in our mouths, 

which are wet and warm, and this helps 

to support and even give nourishment 

to these microorganisms.


Actinomyces are Gram-positive, rod shaped, 

facultative anerobes and are normally present 

in our gum tissues and are the most common 

cause of infection (abscesses) in dental procedures.
